MISSION
The mission of the Puerto Rico Youth ChalleNGe Academy is to reclaim youths at risk with a functional discipline on a quasi-military environment. It focuses on academic, leadership, physical training and personal growth enhancing their values and self-esteem to be more productive, law abiding and contributing as good citizen to our society.
VISION
The Puerto Rico Youth ChalleNGe Academy’s vision is to become the Premier Educational Alternative Program for 16-18 years old high school dropouts, island wide. Providing the highest standards in education, mentoring and successful lifestyle.

Us
Puerto Rico Youth Challenge Academy is an educational alternative that focuses on helping young school dropouts aged 16 to 18 years old. It comprises of twenty (22) Residential weeks; where they provide young people with a functional atmosphere of quasi-military discipline, focusing on the eight basic components within the structure of the Academy. These components are: Academic Excellence, Job Skills, Life Coping Skills, Health and Hygiene, Responsible Citizen, Serive to Community, Leadership and Physical Fitness in order to educate them and prepare them for their return to society as law-abiding and productive citizens.
