
The Puerto Rico Youth ChalleNGe Academy (PRYCA) Color Guard has once again demonstrated its commitment and excellence by participating in mayoral inauguration ceremonies in three municipalities of Puerto Rico: Ponce, Santa Isabel, and Juana Díaz. This elite team, made up of a total of 20 cadets, is led by Master Sergeant Alexander Ramírez. The Cadets who are part of this team went through a series of rigorous tests that they successfully completed, standing out for their dedication and discipline.

Participation in Santa Isabel
Last Thursday, January 16, the PRYCA Color Guard had the honor of participating in the inauguration ceremony in the municipality of Santa Isabel. During this event, the cadets presented the colors to the Governor of Puerto Rico, in an act full of symbolism and solemnity. The impeccable discipline and professionalism of the cadets were applauded by those present, who highlighted the importance of instilling patriotic and service values in young people.
Ceremonies in Ponce and Juana Diaz
On Saturday, two groups of cadets split up to cover the inauguration ceremonies in Ponce and Juana Díaz.

In Ponce, the cadets presented themselves at La Guancha, where Mayor Marlese Sifre took the oath of office. The cadets marched proudly, presenting the national colors in an act that highlighted the importance of civility and community unity.

In Juana Díaz, the ceremony took place in the beautiful public square. During this event, the cadets carried the colors and flags representing the values of the municipality, contributing to the solemn and meaningful atmosphere of the swearing-in ceremony.
