Two hundred and twenty-six young people, now Cadets, were promoted to the second phase of the educational and transformation Challenge of the Puerto Rico Youth ChalleNGe Academy._11100000- 0000-0000-0000-000000000111_ After last Saturday, April 30, they were promoted after successfully passing the Acclimatization Phase.
This Phase consists of two weeks in which the Candidates, women and men, receive quasi-military training that enables them to adjust to the daily routine of the Academy. Likewise, Candidates participate in workshops aimed at improving their self-esteem, promoting teamwork and developing their individual capacity to make assertive and mature decisions.
During the ceremony, the Cadets of Class 22-02 shared stories of improvement and received a certificate of merit in recognition of the effort made to overcome the demanding first phase. The Cadets also received the official cap with the Academy logo; distinctive that entitles them as students of the current class and refers them to the second phase, the Academic Phase.
This phase, which is the intermediate phase of the challenge of the Puerto Rico Youth ChalleNGe Academy, consists of 20 weeks where the Cadets will receive the necessary credits to pass the Fourth Year of High School.
